Available Positions:

  • Position:  Credit Union Accounting Clerk

Job Description:

Verify and balance teller work. Reconcile check deposits. Process ATM/debit and credit card reports daily, prepare vouchers, and post accordingly. Post various general ledger entries and proof totals with the general ledger system. Process deposited return checks, prepare vouchers, and post accordingly. Process wires. Verify and balance shared branching reports and process exceptions. Verify and balance bill payment transaction reports and process exceptions.

Job Requirements:

High school graduate or GED. Minimum of 2 Years of bookkeeping experience and MS Office products or 2 Years of CU/Banking experience. Knowledge of bookkeeping principles.

Full Time Hours:   8:00 am – 5:00 pm

 

  • Position:  Account Payable Clerk

Job Description:

Posting and preparing vouchers, reconciling GLs, and processing miscellaneous accounting reports. Post various general ledger entries and proof totals with the general ledger system. Process deposited return checks, prepare vouchers, and post accordingly. Verify and balance bill payment transaction reports and process exceptions.

Job Requirements:

High school graduate or GED. Minimum of 2 Years of bookkeeping experience and MS Office products or 2 Years of CU/Banking experience. Knowledge of bookkeeping principles.

Full Time Hours:   8:00 am – 5:00 pm

 

  • Position:  Records Processor

Job Description:

Responsible for the maintenance and storage of all files for the credit union. Perform a variety of support duties related to the retention of records within the credit union as needed. Image and maintain all member and department documents.  Maintain a log for all outgoing titles for collateralized loans and image title releases. Pull titles for drafts as requested.  Sort incoming mail and meter outgoing mail. Assist with member research or subpoena requests. Process address changes, including receiving and recording returned statements and placing appropriate warning codes on member accounts. Process member address verifications report. Prepare monthly return mail report for Vice President/Chief Administrative Officer.

Job Requirements:

High school graduate or GED. Minimum of 2 document retention experience.

Full Time Hours:   8:00 am – 5:00 pm
